Meet Ray Sasser & Landon Rothstein

Ray Sasser has been an active investor for thirty years and together he and his brother have bought and sold 100s of homes and probably rehabbed over a 1000 homes. Their company Race Home Management is still actively buying and managing properties for themselves and others. He typically has 3 to 4 rehabs going on at all times and is out there every day learning new things. He has held a State HVAC license and has Certifications in Mold and Fire Remediation. Ray is also a Coach with Take Action Mentoring and he truly enjoys learning and teaching.

Landon Rothstein is a full-time real estate investor in Houston, TX. His current real estate holdings include both residential and commercial properties totaling over $9 million and providing over $45,000 in cashflow each month.
Landon started investing 10 years ago while working a full-time job. He had amassed 57 properties before going full time in real estate in June of 2016. In that same year, he bought (and held onto) 45 houses. While he and his partner have been running a very successful and exciting wholesale class and completing many flips, his passion is ‘buy and hold’ properties – rentals and owner financed notes for passive income - true mailbox money.
