We coach on all facets of Real Estate Investing including residential real estate, from single family homes to apartment complexes, commercial retail, and office/warehouse buildings. Most of our members have not invested in real estate before. They have realized however that there must be a better way to secure their financial future other than relying on others to manage what type of lifestyle they will afford themselves in retirement. We help by coaching our members through locating a property, making a determination on what the property is worth, negotiating with the seller, financing of the property, working with the title company in closing, getting the property ready for a renter, understanding the leasing process, and how to keep it rented by managing it properly.
We want to help our members learn how to replace or enhance their income with rental and investment income to lessen their dependence on their job, social security, and their retirement accounts IRA’s and 401’s
