Jen Perez and Valerie Janz are Co-Founders of The Owner Finance Company, a real estate company started in 2019 that works with Investors, Realtors, and Buyers. Both graduates from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, met in Houston in 2014 through the Oil & Gas industry. After more than half a decade working together in Oil & Gas, Valerie and Jen pursued their dream of owning their own business incorporating their passion for real estate.
