Some common tasks a VA may help with include cold calling, email management, scheduling, writing, social media, bookkeeping, graphic design, research, and more.

Our VAs are talented professionals with backgrounds or education in relevant fields. All have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical role. How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

You can communicate seamlessly using tools such as email, instant messenger, video chat, and shared cloud-based documents/spreadsheets. We set up systems to share files and facilitate smooth communication. You'll have direct and easy access to your dedicated virtual assistant.

How are your virtual assistants vetted and managed?

We carefully screen applicants and only accept around 25% of candidates. Background checks, skills testing, interviews, and professional references are all part of the evaluation process. Once hired, VAs receive extensive onboarding along with regular performance reviews. They must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and our code of conduct at all times.

How do you ensure confidentiality and security of information?

We take data security seriously. Our virtual assistants sign strict confidentiality agreements, and we employ industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive information.

Can I change my virtual assistant if needed?

While unlikely, we will quickly replace any unsuitable match with a new, well-qualified candidate. We aim to match you with the best-suited virtual assistant initially, but if there's a need for change due to workload, preferences, or other reasons, we'll facilitate the process to ensure a seamless transition. If you are ever unhappy, please tell us right away and we will make things right.

What happens if my virtual assistant is unavailable?

We have a backup system in place to cover absences or unexpected situations. In case your dedicated assistant is unavailable, we'll ensure continuity of service through our team.

Do I need to provide tools or software for my virtual assistant?

Yes, as part of our service model, clients are responsible for providing the necessary tools and software required for their virtual assistant to efficiently perform assigned tasks. Ensuring that your virtual assistant has access to the required tools and software from your end will help streamline the workflow and maximize productivity.

How quickly can I get started with a virtual assistant?

Getting started is a smooth process. Once we understand your requirements, we'll match you with a suitable virtual assistant within [7] business days, and they'll start working based on the agreed-upon schedule.

How does billing and payment work?

Billing is typically done every month. We need to know the number of hours that you need your virtual assistant to work for you and bill you exactly for those hours.

As part of the onboarding process, we have a one-time $200 set-up fee. This fee covers the onboarding process, personalized matching with a skilled virtual assistant best suited to meet your requirements, and equipping them with the tools that they will need to use.

To facilitate this payment, we'll be sending you a Stripe invoice via email. This invoice can easily be paid online through the link provided. Stripe allows payment via credit card, debit card, or bank account.
