The Chicago Area Real Estate Investors Association (Chicago Area REIA or CAREIA) is an ambitious group of people who invest in real estate located throughout the Chicagoland area. We are a not-for-profit group. We are also members of the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA). What this means is that we are supported and surrounded by a much larger group. Whether you’re contemplating your first investment, growing with the challenges of the current real estate environment, or are a seasoned investor ready to share your experience, WE NEED YOU AS MUCH AS YOU NEED US!
