We are an education, information and advocacy group for real estate investors, speculators, landlords, flippers, property managers and those who would like to become one. Our club, The Gulf Coast Real Estate Investors Association, is the oldest organization of it's type in the area having been in continuous operation
for over thirty years. Together, our members have hundreds of years of experience in the various iterations of real estate investment and management.
We meet monthly (except in December) at the Golden Coral Buffet Restaurant. It is located at 2260 Langley Ave (at North Ninth Ave) in Pensacola, Florida 32504. Our meetings are held on the Third Tuesday of the Month. They begin at 7:00 PM and usually end at 9:00 PM. Prospective members are welcome to attend the first meeting without charge. After attending the first introductory meeting, interested parties must join our organization to attend future meetings. Our dues structure is very reasonable; $50.00 per year for one person or $75.00 per year for partners, spouses, significant others, etc joining together.

Most of our meetings feature speakers that offer a broad range of perspectives in the areas of real estate investment and management. Past speakers include:
Real Estate Attorneys, Judges, Contractors, Regulatory Experts, Various Vendors, Inspectors and many more. We feature speakers who are experts in their respective fields and offer a quality learning experience for our members. On occasion, our meetings are held in open format (round table) where members discuss a variety of topics and many problems are solved with the advice and guidance of seasoned members.
Benefits of membership also include; discounts on building materials, tools and supplies. We have a door prize at every meeting, a perfect attendance reward
and a Christmas Party in December for members and their guests in lieu of a meeting.. We also offer discounts on services. But some of the greatest value of membership comes from the wisdom, experience and advice of seasoned members themselves. We also publish a monthly (for members only) eNewsletter.
