PCREIA is the oldest and largest real estate investing group in Polk County. Our primary focus and mission are to provide quality real estate investing education and fellow investor support along with networking which will assist our members to build, preserve, and harvest multi-generational wealth.
Our meetings, resources, tools, and opportunities provide both the beginner and experienced investor with what they need to start or continue to build their investment property portfolios.
Each PCREIA meeting is comprised of both beginner and experienced investors. Some members haven’t yet purchased their first investment, some have between 1 and 10, some own 20 or more units and some own 100’s and 100’s of units both single-family homes, multi-family, mobile home parks, commercial and residential property owners are represented in our membership.
At our meetings, you may find local investors sharing their experiences, tips, and resources or you might experience national speakers bringing quality education on specific topics they are experts in, or we may provide a panel of folks that will talk/share on a variety of subjects in one night. We also occasionally have workshops, seminars, webinars and virtual meetings–all focused on providing you the most up to date education as possible.
